Mark Gomes – Group General Manager

Fat Boy Ventures is committed to providing the highest quality, pure coconut water and jelly to our customers. We consistently and stringently manage the marrying of best practice sanitization techniques with production efficiency. Our people who work with us are our greatest asset and we strive to take the time and resources to see them grow and excel. We must never rest on our laurels nor become complacent. We must always strive to be better and not only meet but exceed our customers' expectations.

Whilst nature’s weather patterns of sunshine and rain impact the taste profile of our product depending on the season, it consistently tastes great and can always be identified as pure natural coconut water.

Dindial Sookhoo – Production/Plant Consultant

Mr. Sookhoo is a key member of the Fat Boy Team. Our production plant is located in a very remote region of Guyana known as the Pomeroon and it is Mr. Sookhoo whose knowledge of the area, engineering expertise, strategic thinking, and solution-driven mindset has facilitated the birth and the growth of Fat Boy. Mr. Sookhoo is an admired and appreciated member of staff whose contributions are supremely respected.

Anita Chan – Sales Manager/Key Account Manager

From the very beginning, Anita has worked with Fat Boy and she has grown into her role to the position of Sales Manager.

She is an extremely dedicated and determined individual who always addresses the needs of all our customers in a polite, swift, and professional manner.

If you ever have the need to call 313-COCO (2626) which is on our Fat Boy label it is Anita who will answer the call and address whatever your concerns or contribution you need to make.

Ronald Singh – Plant Manager

Ronald is responsible for the production plant operations and the management of our critical resource – our people who work with us.

Ronald is tasked with marrying our consistent and stringent sanitization and cold chain management protocols with production targets. Both are important and neither is compromised. He takes immense pride in his work and he has a great ability to pay attention to the details. Ronald has extensive management experience in cold chain management and distribution. He is our leader at the facility and he is always on the path of teaching the staff and ensuring they grow as individuals.

Leonard Faerbar – Logistics Coordinator (Guyana)

Leonard is the man behind the scenes who works tirelessly to bring everything together. He is responsible for coordinating the delivery of our raw materials to the production facility; the inland transportation; packing of refers for shipping; customs and port responsibilities; meeting the critical deadlines to ensure our customers receive their goods in the timeframe promised. With Leonard, all timelines are possible no matter the challenges until they truly aren’t.

Naveen Ramkissoon – Logistics Coordinator (Trinidad)

Naveen is a dedicated employee whose greatest asset is his ability to remain calm and composed whenever the temperature in the kitchen is rising. He forges critical relationships with our suppliers that go a long way to ensure that our plant is never in need of any components for production. If so much as a cap is out of stock at our facility it would have to shut down. Naveen’s responsibilities are key to ensure that the many moving parts of the Fat Boy supply train are always moving forward and never backward.

Hannah Reyes – Sales Representative

Hannah possesses an extensive background in the foodservice and supermarket category. She has built solid and trusting relationships.

One of her strengths is her amazing attitude towards any obstacles that may be in her path. Hannah works tirelessly to ensure that her customers are always well taken care of and that all their needs are addressed. She strives not only to meet but to exceed our customer expectations. Any organization that has Hannah on its team is truly blessed.
