About Us

Fat Boy Ventures is a Guyana-based agri-processing and farming business with its headquarters in Trinidad. Our managed Farms and processing facility are located in Grant Trial and along the left bank of the Pomeroon river within the greater Pomeroon Region; one of the most mineral-rich food basins of Guyana.

In order to fulfil its markets, the Company owns a 100-acre and 3000-acre farm and enjoys crop supply from another 12,000 acres under contract management in order to ensure a consistent year-round supply of fresh-frozen coconut water, jelly and other bi-products.

Our coconuts are responsibly harvested adopting industry best practices and all of our products are produced free from all additives and preservatives. The key to maintaining a high standard of quality control throughout the life cycle of our product portfolio is efficient cold chain management. To accomplish this we work with our sister company Cold Zone 3PL, the premier cold chain storage and logistics company in its operating markets.

Our products come off the packaging line at a temperature of 4°C and are immediately flash-frozen to maintain their freshness. From this point, our products are shipped and handled in a completely frozen state until distributed to our customers. On retail shelves, our products are offered for purchase and consumption in both a frozen and semi-thawed state to meet our customers' preferences.
